California Wild Fires

The fires that have spread across California in the last few months have effected thousands of people and with the rain now starting to fall I'm sure that those same people are in for more trouble. I snapped this picture as we drove through the Lake Arrowhead area last month. This person not only lost a home but several cars. That sucks!

AUTO-JOKER

This thing really baffles me. This is called the Auto-Joker and it reads, "Fasten each wire to spark plugs; when victim steps on starter it will shoot, whistle,scream, smoke, and shoot again. Registered U.S. Patent Office No. 354,934 I really wonder how many of these were made before somebody figured out that planting fireworks under the hood of your "victims" car was a bad idea. The patent date makes no sense either as that number would date sometime between 1885-1890. I don't know maybe one of you can figure it out?

Every once I a while I find things like this. Leftovers from a time when the world wasn't disposable and men still made due with what was around. It really bugs me that coffee is now sold in plastic cans.

Every boys hero should be his dad. Parents who take the time to do things with their kids or include them in what their doing rule! Everything about this photo rules. Just try and find something that sucks here. The truck, camp trailer, cooler, beezer, metal flake helmet and striped pants all RULE!
